These terms apply to your use of Spinvibezparty (spinvibezparty.com) and any related apps. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Who can play

You must be 18 or over to create an account or play. We may ask you to confirm your age and close accounts we believe belong to anyone under 18.

2. A social casino, not gambling

• Spinvibezparty is for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling.
• Virtual coins have no monetary value. They can't be sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash, prizes or anything of value.
• Success in social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

3. Your account

One account per person. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

4. Virtual coins and gifts

Welcome gifts, daily gifts and level-up rewards are granted at our discretion and may change. We may adjust coin balances to correct errors, and coins may be removed if an account is closed or inactive for an extended period.

5. Fair use

Don't use bots, exploits or multiple accounts, and don't interfere with the service or other players. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Our content

All games, characters (including Ziggy), artwork, music and branding belong to Spinvibezparty. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Changes and availability

We may update the games, features or these terms. We'll post changes here and, for significant changes, let you know in the game or by email.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
